To the Newcomer

Overeaters Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women from all walks of life who meet in order to help solve a common problem - compulsive overeating, which includes obesity, anorexia and bulimia. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively. ​​Please read About OA,  Our Invitation to You, attend a meeting, or contact us for more information.

Local meetings are online, hybrid and in person in Marin, Sonoma, and Napa Counties.

Whatever your problem with food, OA welcomes you.

OA Related Announcements

We are thrilled to announce that Marin and Sonoma intergroups have officially merged! This collaboration will enhance our recovery efforts and provide us with more resources to support our mission. Stay tuned for more updates and opportunities to engage with our newly combined North Bay OA fellowship.
